To show use of vehicle for at least 6 months overseas: Registration; Insurance, which should show: Make, model and VIN / Chassis # of the vehicle.

New furniture and effects – Purchase value, receipt required

Tax and duty will be assessed on the declared value and payable by you.

I confirm and declare that my shipment does not contain any of the following items that would be subject to further separate customs entry, tax and duty:

Alcoholic beverages
Tobacco and tobacco products
Articles for use in the exercise of a trade or profession, other than portable instruments of the applied or liberal arts
New effects owned and used for less than 6 months
Other taxable / dutiable goods

Please contact the office immediately if any of the above items are in your shipment

We attach copy of the Commercial Invoice for the shipment with full shipment details, item description, commodity code and value on which customs entry will be completed with tax and duty assessed and payable by our company.

I confirm and declare that my shipment consists only of UK origin effects as per my previous Export shipment from the UK and my shipment does not contain any of the following items that would be subject to separate customs entry, tax and duty.

Tobacco and tobacco products
Articles for use in the exercise of a trade or profession, other than portable instruments of the applied or liberal arts
