Key Points
1. You need to speak with the office to confirm removal date(s).
2. If you accept the offer of MoveProtect™, we agree to accept an enhanced liability for your goods up to the maximum replacement value you declare (up to £50,000). Further charges may apply for values in excess of £50,000.
3. Charges may be incurred if you cancel or postpone the removal (see clause 6 of the terms and conditions).
4. Please note that removal vehicles can be large and we may not have seen your delivery address. If you think that it may be a problem parking a vehicle close to your new home, please advise us in order to avoid delays and possibly additional costs.
5. If we experience a delay of more than two hours as a consequence of being unable to access your new property, you may be liable to charges of £50 per hour unless you have paid for the ‘Waiting Time Waiver’.
6. You must declare the total value of the goods we will be moving / storing for you.
7. All moves must be paid in advance of your move as per our standard terms and conditions.

Please note the Terms and Conditions of the contract. We take every precaution to take care of your possessions and transport them carefully, however in the event of loss or damage, our liability to you is strictly limited by the terms and conditions, particularly Clause 8. It is your responsibility, therefore, to arrange insurance cover as per Clause 3.1, if you require it. Cancellation or postponement may incur charges as per clause 6 and please also note clause 9, which refers to premises damage and clauses 10 and 11, which show the exclusions of liability and the time limits that apply to making a claim.

MoveProtect™
If you accept the offer of MoveProtect™, your goods will be protected up to the maximum replacement value you declare, up to a maximum value of £50,000 whilst in our care. Please note that MoveProtect™ is only available if you have also elected for MoveProtect™ during the transit of your goods into store, otherwise our liability is limited in accordance with our terms and conditions.

MoveProtect™Protection for your goods with MoveProtect™ is available at an additional cost of 3% of the maximum declared value of goods, plus VAT if applicable and completion of an Overseas Valuation Form.

Marine Transit Insurance

I will require MoveProtect™ at the above rate and will provide my proposal form prior to packing

MoveProtect™ can be arranged at the rates quoted above, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy. (Minimum premium £30.00).

PRICES EXCLUDE: Duties, Taxes, Storage, Insurance, Demurrage, Customs Inspection Fees, Formal Entry Fee, Cargo Dues, Quarantine inspection fee, Fumigation/Steam Cleaning and any other treatment / destruction costs as ordered by authorities, Shuttle Service, Heavy Handling, Difficult Access, Congestion / Emergency / Security / War / Contingency surcharges. LEZ / clean air zone charges.

LITHIUM BATTERIES – low power upto 100 wH lithium batteries may be included in a shipment of household effects if suitably packed and with the device its use is intended, though subject to review in each specific case up till moment of loading for vessel.
